Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We prepare and ship your orders within 24 to 48 working hours. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been collected by the carrier.
Delivery times and costs
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 working days. Pick-up point delivery is free on orders from €100
- Belgium, Luxembourg: 3 to 5 working days.
- Rest of the European Union: 4 to 7 working days.
Delivery times start from payment confirmation. During busy periods (sales, holidays), a slight additional delay is possible.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us. Products must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with their labels attached.
How to make a return
- Contact us at hello@37-degres.com stating your order number.
- We will send you the procedure and the return address.
- Send the item back, carefully packaged.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email.
