The 37.0 boxer is a body and intimate exploration product, a well-being product.
It lets you discover your body, feel your intimacy differently, experience testicular lifting and become familiar with this physical practice.

The 37.0 boxer is intended exclusively for body exploration and must not be used for any other purpose. In particular, it has no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic or contraceptive purpose.
Wearing this boxer is also a way to support the 37 DEGRÉS project and to help spread this knowledge.

1. Put on the 37.0 boxer like ordinary underwear.
   
2. Open the pocket at the front of the boxer to reach the opening of the internal trapezoid panel.
   
3. Loosen the cord stopper to widen the opening as much as possible.
   
4. Using your hands, take hold of the penis and gently pass it through the opening.
   
5. Without handling the testicles, gently take hold of the skin of the scrotum and pass it through the opening in turn: the testicles naturally rise towards the pubis and the emptied scrotum appears below the penis.
   
6. Check that the opening correctly surrounds the base of the penis and the empty scrotum. The opening and the internal panel should lie flat against the body, while the penis and scrotum are held in the boxer's pocket.
   
7. Adjust the cord with the cord stopper so that the opening fits the circumference of the penis and scrotum. If necessary, tie a knot above the cord stopper to prevent any slipping.
   
8. Pull the boxer up to tighten the internal panel: it should not hang loose.
   
9. Check the position of the testicles regularly during the day and readjust the device if needed.

A separate evaluation programme is currently under way to determine the potential of this approach as a medical device, through the 37.1 project (in development). In that context, performance and safety will be assessed in specific clinical studies.

At this stage, the 37.0 is sold as a textile item and is not a medical device.

Its different features keep you at ease in all circumstances: a wide waistband for extra support, a discreet and intuitive pocket that makes use and testicular lifting easier, fabrics that combine comfort, performance, breathability and durability, and an adjustable internal ring that supports without ever constricting.

The 37.0 boxer may require a short adjustment period, but wearing it should never be painful. We recommend not exceeding a few hours of wear during the first days. You will soon be completely used to it, just as you are to your socks.

Yes, as long as the activity remains comfortable and does not cause chafing or uncomfortable pressure points. It is essential to listen to your body and how it feels.

The 37 DEGRÉS 37.0 boxer can even be particularly comfortable during sport, as it holds the testicles against the body, which stops them from bouncing.
