With its understated aesthetic, clean contemporary design, and discreet yet thoughtfully engineered technology, the 37.0 boxer features a transverse pocket designed to facilitate testicular elevation—it can be put on in just seconds. Inside, a soft, cushioned, and adjustable ring structure ensures secure and comfortable support, maintaining the testicles in an elevated position within the body.
Its precise and intuitive adjustment system allows for easy, real-time fine-tuning throughout the day. The boxer adapts to your morphology and moves naturally with your body. On the outside, a wide elastic waistband ensures long-lasting comfort.

The 37.0 boxer is not a medical device.
It is currently undergoing an evaluation program to assess its potential as a contraceptive medical device. As part of this process, its performance and safety in relation to these indications will be evaluated through specific clinical studies.
At this stage, the product is marketed as a textile garment and does not qualify as a medical device.
It is intended solely for body exploration and must not be used for any other purpose. In particular, it has no medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or contraceptive function.

- Low hip circumference: at the level of the upper edge of the pelvis (the one you can feel making an angle by running your hands over your hips, at the front of your body)
- Hip circumference: at the widest point (on the fullest part of the hips, including your buttocks)
- Thigh circumference: at the fullest point, without squeezing (≈ 2 cm below the crotch)

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR BOXER SIZE?
Refer to our size guide chart and choose according to your low hip, hip, and thigh measurements.

- Without manipulating the testicles, gently grasp the skin of the scrotum and pass it through the opening in turn: the testicles naturally move up towards the pubis, and the emptied scrotum appears below the penis.
- Ensure that the opening correctly surrounds the base of the penis and the empty scrotum. The opening and the internal part should be snugly against the body, while the penis and scrotum are contained within the boxer brief's pouch.
- Adjust the cord using the stopper to adapt the opening to the circumference of the penis and scrotum. If necessary, tie a knot above the stopper to prevent any slipping.
- Pull up the boxer briefs to tighten the internal part: it should not be loose.
- Regularly check the position of the testicles throughout the day and readjust the device if necessary.

IS WEARING BOXER SHORTS PAINFUL OR UNCOMFORTABLE?
The 37-degree 37.0 boxer shorts were designed for comfortable wear. They respect everyone's anatomy and morphology. Their various features ensure ease in all circumstances: a wide waistband elastic for enhanced support, a discreet and intuitive pouch for ease of use and testicular lift, textiles that combine comfort, performance, breathability and durability, an adjustable internal ring that supports without ever constricting.
The 37.0 boxer shorts may require a short adaptation period, but wearing them should not be painful in any way. We recommend not wearing them for more than a few hours during the first few days. You will quickly get perfectly used to their presence, just like you would with your socks.
CAN I EXERCISE WHILE WEARING THE 37.0 BOXER BRIEFS?
Yes, if the activity remains comfortable and does not create uncomfortable chafing or pressure points. It is essential to listen to your body and your sensations.
The 37.0 boxer shorts from 37 degrees can even be particularly comfortable during sports sessions, as they hold the testicles close to the body, preventing them from bouncing around.
